Education & Experience

Tim holds a BA in psychology, is a medical exercise specialist (MES), holistic lifestyle coach (HLC), certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and is a master educator for several multinational fitness and wellness organizations. As a former elite athlete, New York Yankees draft pick, and national level coach, Tim understands the personal and professional mindset, habits, and work it takes to be successful at the highest levels. He has a gift for making complex information simple, and demonstrating how the important principles of his 4 Pillars Philosophy apply to anyone seeking personal and professional success.


Tim has worked with large and small companies from many industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT, Finance, Legal, Property Management and Recruiting.
